  1. 1. Acceptance of Terms

  2. By accessing and using the website located at https://www.adigitechcopayment.com/ and utilizing the services provided by Adigitechco ( you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree to all of the T&C, you are prohibited from using the Site and its services.


  4. 2. Services Offered

       Adigitechco provides professional digital services, including but not limited to:

    • Web Design and Development: Crafting, designing, and developing websites.

    • Digital Strategy and Consulting: Offering strategic advice and planning 

    • Payment Facilitation: Processing payments for our services .

    • Related Digital Solutions: Any other services advertised on the Site.

    • Specific terms, scope, timelines, and deliverables for any project or service will be detailed in a separate written Service Agreement or Proposal, which, once signed, will be incorporated into these T&C.

    3. Payment and Billing

    a. Pricing: All prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. Final project pricing will be confirmed in the Service Agreement. b. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Netbanking, UPI, and VISA. c. Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any issues or security breaches occurring within the systems of those third-party processors. 

    d. Taxes: All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or government levies, which will be added to the invoice where required by law.

     e. Refunds and Cancellations: Policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and termination of services are strictly governed by the specific terms laid out in your signed Service Agreement or Proposal.

    4. User Obligations and Conduct

    a. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases and communications regarding our services. 

    b. Lawful Use: You agree to use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes. You shall not use our services to create, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. 

    c. Client Content: You are solely responsible for all text, images, logos, and data provided to us for use in the services ("Client Content"). You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use the Client Content and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

    5. Intellectual Property Rights

    a. Company IP: The content on the Site, including the text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the general layout (excluding Client Content), is the property of Adigitechco and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

     b. Project IP Transfer: Upon full and final payment for the completed project , all intellectual property rights for the completed, final design and code specific to that project will be transferred to the client.

     c. Portfolio Rights: Notwithstanding the IP transfer, Adigitechco retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and promotional materials, including case studies and on the Site. 

    d. Tools and Licences: Any third-party software licenses, stock photography, or proprietary development tools used in creating your project remain the property of their respective owners and may require separate licensing fees from the client for continued use.

    6. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Site and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Adigitechco makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included therein. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall Adigitechco, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    Our maximum liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to us for the specific service from which the liability arose, or (b) $50 USD.

    8. Governing Law

    These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Site or the services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these T&C at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new T&C.
